FAULTY
PRODUCTS
If you have received faulty products, please telephone our office
immediately on 0141 562 0061 or at least within 7 days of receipt
to discuss the fault with the product.
WRONG PRODUCTS DELIVERED TO CUSTOMER
All goods must be checked immediately upon receipt and must not be
worn if they are found to be incorrect. If you receive an incorrect
delivery, please notify us by telephone within 48 hours. Goods that
have been used or worn or not notified within 48 hours will not be
credited.
WRONG PRODUCTS ORDERED BY CUSTOMER
Goods ordered incorrectly or that are unsuitable for size/colour etc.
when delivered, will not be credited if they have been used/worn or
customised in any way. If the goods you receive have been ordered
incorrectly, please telephone 0141 562 0061 immediately and an exchange
or credit may be given. Please note:- a 5% administration charge will
be applied for all returns if the fault isn’t that of Base Products
Ltd and, where applicable, the cost to return goods to us. To return
Stanno goods, if the order value is under £200.00 the administration
charge is £10.00 + VAT or 5% if order value is over £200.00. For Macron/Pro-Star
returns charges will be arranged as they may differ due to circumstance.
RETURNS WILL ONLY BE ACCEPTED WITH PRIOR ARRANGEMENT
AND MUST NOT BE RETURNED TO BASE PRODUCTS LTD WITHOUT OUR RETURNS
REFERENCE OR NO CREDIT/REFUND WILL BE GIVEN.
Delivery – Standard Delivery is charged at £8.60 + VAT. Delivery to
areas such as Inverness, Aberdeen etc. will be priced at quotation.
Also, price may vary due to quantity of order. Base Products Ltd reserve
the right to change/amend conditions as circumstances dictate. This
does not affect your statutory rights.
CANCELLATION POLICY
The buyer may cancel their order at any time by contacting our office
on 0141 562 0061. If stock has been reserved there MAY be a 5% of
order value administration charge. If goods have been customised with
customers own logo/artwork etc. we are unable to cancel the order
and goods must be paid for in full. If an embroidery disc / print
screen has been set up for customers artwork/design and order is cancelled,
then the set up has to be paid for as this was produced and is unique
to the buyer. The embroidery/print set up disc will be forwarded on
to buyer for their own use and can be used by any other embroiderer
/ printer. Delivery time - Timescales can vary due to stock availability
and type of order. An order confirmation will be sent to customer
by return email to confirm order and approx delivery time will be
